From WhatsApp to Signal: Day One

Today, I ended up adding a few more groups than I initially planned. I quickly noticed a few things:

• Many more people are already on Signal than I thought.
• People are much more willing to switch.
• In groups where others were already on Signal, members started advocating for the move.

This was surprising and sped up the transition for some groups. Although most groups aren't completely moved yet —only one or maybe two people still haven't made the switch— I'm encouraged by the progress.

Unfortunately, I fell ill that day, so I didn't create as many groups as I had hoped, but I did manage to keep track of the stats!
